This comeback of Super Forms in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has ignited widespread enthusiasm within the fandom. From the one-by-one reveal of fresh additions ahead of the game's launch, to players forming firm views on the full roster of new Megas, there's plenty for enthusiasts to look forward to.

Given many of the Super Forms showcasing distinctive appearances that emphasize their traits, one idea came to mind: What's the best way to link this with zodiac signs? The following is based on a mix of vibes, common zodiac traits, and personal experience.

The Ram – Super Camerupt

Honestly, Houndoom was almost chosen for Aries, as both are the Super Form and astrological sign that inspire the greatest apprehension. But, a Mega Houndoom comes across as constantly angry, which doesn't match the Aries vibe, renowned for being fun, light-hearted, and spontaneous. This makes Aries far more similar to Mega Camerupt, which solely spews lava when provoked. Stay on the good side of both and benefit from a strong partner; if you cross them, prepare to get burned.

Taurus – Mega Heracross

Much like a loyal Taurus, the steadfast Heracross, both in its regular and Mega form, has aided numerous players in Legends: Z-A. Though dependable, both the Pokémon and a Bull are still Fighting types, and – whether it's their companion or a strong opinion – will defend their position to the end. What about Mega Heracross that recalls most of my Bull-sign companions, however, is its unabashed love of snacks. Look at this gentle, empathetic being, who employs the sensors on its auditory organs to tell how others are emotionally by their heartbeat. Always empathetic – occasionally to a fault – and striving to keep the harmony, there are numerous Libras who would likely appreciate Mega Audino’s skills. Though, let’s be honest, it would probably just make them worry more about others.

Scorpio – Super Banette

This Ghost-type is a Pokémon with a unexpectedly tragic backstory: Discarded as a toy, it gained sentient through pure hatred and swore retribution on its previous caretaker. Per the official info, Mega Evolution, “enhances its vindictiveness.” That sounds precisely like many conversations I’ve had with my intense Scorpio friends. A Scorpio adores karma and retribution, making them the ideal pair with Super Banette.

The Archer – Mega Hawlucha

Each Mega Hawlucha and Sagittarians are constantly staging a show. As a Sagittarius personally, the number of times I’ve referred to myself some variation of a “playful little jester” is innumerable. The showiest and most attention-seeking Super Form, its Pokédex entry even notes how it “poses to show off its power.” I would do the very same thing if I had some kind of Mega evolved form, making Super Hawlucha the most fitting Archer counterpart I can imagine.

The Goat – Super Absol

Were you aware that a Super Absol has the power to predict disasters in advance? That gives the exact same energy as a Capricorn, who tends to always believe they’re correct.
